Last summer in Crete (film)

This was last summer, in Crete with Mmy girlfriend. I took me time to edit the film, but here it is ! Beautiful landscapes, blue sky and the clearest water we've ever swum in.

Writing this post from China, where the air is as warm but not as pure as it was in Crete. 

Makes me remember the good old days of summer holidays with Marthe few months ago, the good food, and the shades of lights... and the cats everywhere.

BLUE IS BLUE (ANYWAY)

A bit of blue sky for today.

Here are some photos shot in Crete while we were driving along the south-coast with our Jeep. We have seen so many beautiful landscapes, blue sky and orange hills.

Following the blue hat (Agia Triada)

Agia Triada is an archaeological site of an ancient Minoan settlement in the south of Crete. We have been hanging out in the ruins for about one hour, all by ourselves.

In the colored streets of Rethymnon

One day spent in Rethymnon, in the north of Crete. Rethymnon is a very beautiful city with cute little and colored streets. Also one of the hottest days of our holidays.

Walls and blue, and blue walls

I can't explain the big marks on the sky, but I guess this is due to the expired roll those photos are from, or maybe due to the heavy heat my camera had to face during these holidays...
However I find them quite graphically interesting.

Ahead is the Sun (RISING)

Hello everyone,

Today is Monday and I am glad to let you know that this blog is back to life, finally ! I needed some months to think about its purpose. Many times I thought of deleting it in order to create and launch a new one which would have been more professional and cleaner in a way... I am glad I didn't, because this blog is almost 5 years old and deleting everything would have been like erasing all my previous photos, my fails and my prides, my trip reports and so on. So instead, I decided to work on a completely new layout, and I have changed its name. "Cesideesla.blogspot.com" is now "aurelienlongo.blogspot.com" (let's make it simple). Time to update your bookmarks !

This blog is a still photography blog, and I will keep uploading series of photos on a daily basis. Thanks for reading and I hope you'll like my next posts.

Bonjour à tous,

Aujourd'hui c'est lundi et je suis heureux de vous annoncer que ce blog est de retour, enfin ! J'avais besoin de quelques mois pour réfléchir à son but. J'ai pensé à plusieurs reprises le supprimer pour en créer un nouveau qui serait plus pro et plus clean... mais finalement je suis content de ne pas l'avoir fait car ce blog aura bientot 5 ans et le supprimer aurait voulu dire effacer toutes les photos depuis toutes ces années. Donc à la place, j'ai décidé de retravailler entièrement la présentation du blog, et j'ai également changé son nom. "Cesideesla.blogspot.com" devient "aurelienlongo.blogspot.com" (pour faire les choses simplement). Updatez vos favoris !

Ce blog reste un blog photo, et je continuerais à uploader des séries quotidiennement. Merci pour la lecture et j'espère que vous aimerez les prochains posts !
